I received my order today
and just wanted to thank you for both using the cheaper shipping box and for the
surprise punches. I have heard tons of great things about your store both on
blogs and over on Splitcoast Stampers for a while now but this was my first
order. I was nervous about the lack of an online ordering system but your
selection was beyond amazing (being able to find an entire collection in one
place from October Afternoon is rare!). The transaction was easy and the
shipping was quick and carefully packed. I truly appreciate it and I will
definitely be back! :)

I just received
my package today (which was much sooner than expected thank you so much!!) and I
cannot tell you how thrilled I was to get it! Not only was my order filled
perfectly and in an incredibly timely manner.. but I received a jumbo punch at
no extra charge! How wonderful!! First you had the H2Os in stock ready to ship,
then the best selection of Prima Paintables anywhere, wonderfully quick
shipping, and a free punch??!! You'd be silly to make your crafting purchases
anywhere else! I will continue to place my orders with you from now on! Thanks

Just wanted to
Thank you, my wife had given me a list of items she wanted for Christmas. I of
course had put off calling to place the order. When I did get on your web site
last Friday I saw where there would not be any shipping done until after
the first of the year. I was disappointed but certainly no fault of yours that
I had put it off so long. I called to place the order and the lady who took my
order asked if I was aware it would not be shipped until after the first of the
year. I said yes and that would be ok. (since it certainly was my fault). I
placed the order and then she asked if it was for Christmas, I told her it was.
She said she would go ahead and pull the order herself and make sure it got sent
out. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Something you don't see very often any more.
Of course to my surprise when I got it yesterday and opened it and you had even
added an extra punch at no charge to me.
You can bet that
when my wife opens her gift I will certainly tell her how you went out of your
way to get this shipped out. Apparently your company believes in good customer
service and I will tell her she needs to order all future items from you. I
can't believe I am going to tell her to spend more money. :) But in this
case, you have proved that this is a company that deserves our business.

A few weeks ago I
received my parcel from you, and had great delight in unpacking it. The most
fabulous items were the Toga templates, of which I am having great fun designing
pages with them.
I would like to
say, that you have one of the best scrapbooking supply sites I have visited,
with constant new goodies added. Yes- means more orders for you.
Despite coming from New Zealand, you were very happy to help me and put together
my parcel without any hitches.
I highly
recommend to anyone looking at purchasing items from Fran to do so with the
utmost trust, that your goodies will be wonderful.
Also got a
surprise in the parcel too, which made it all the more worth while.

I received my
order on Thursday (7-23) and all I can say is "Wow!!!!" I am utterly
speechless--and
if you knew me, you'd know it's nearly impossible to leave me with nothing to
say!
I'm talking about my grab box, of course. It was like all the best
holidays/birthdays rolled into one as I kept pulling out goody after goody. Just
wanted to let you know there's one very happy person here in northern

I really
mean what I say, this is a scrappers dream. Wow every time I go on this site
there is something new. Love It Love It Love It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I
have had the priviledge of talking to Fran on a few occasions and wow I feel
like I know her as a friend. She is always willing to help and she shares ideas
and thoughts with you. It means a lot to have someone answer the phone and not

I have to tell
you, I am really enjoying the DMD clear stamps I
bought from you a little while back. I'm not a huge fan of clear stamp because
the image isn't always clear because the ink beads, sometimes the ink stains
them, they don't always stick reliably to the acrylic block. The DMD border
stamps I bought are perfect. The ink clings, the stamps cling, the image is
clear. I love them. And they're inexpensive! If all clear stamps were like
this I'd have more of them.

Do you ever have time to craft yourself? I wish we
were neighbors, I'm sure you are full of a plethora of ideas, a very pleasant
person to speak to, also, and lets face it an unending source of great craft
supplies to die for!!! Anyway, I am compiling a list of things I want and saving
the list in my drafts file. My husband says I spend too much on craft supplies,
and he is right of course, but it is what I love to do...buy stuff, use stuff,
gather ideas, and get together with other crafters to make things!

you ROCK! No matter how much I "try" to confuse you, you always get the orders
correct, the products are always top notch, the shipments are packed well &
arrive quickly - and your prices are reasonable. You manage all this while
remaining ultra professional, prompt and good natured. I have no clue how you do
it - but thank the Art Gods that you do!
You run a stellar business and are absolutely wonderful to deal with. I am

Fran: I am so impressed with your website - you carry
all of the best products. Anything and everything I want is there. Not only
that, but I place an order and the next thing I see, I get an email saying that
it has shipped! So, I get to have my cake and eat it too. I see product, I
order it, it is in my hands. I make greeting cards and they just keep getting
better because I have access to so many wonderful papers and accessories through
you. Thank you for enabling me to enjoy a craft so much and make it so very
affordable for me. Now I must go organize my stamping area again to make way

probably know already that I got my box of goodies, but wanted you to know how
