All the small print you never wanted to see..... :-) Privacy: We NEVER sell, give, share, trade, etc any of our customer information. NEVER, period. If you would like to be on our mailing list, e-mail me at franticsstamper@charter.net and simply say "add me to your list". You will receive approx. 1 e-mail a week, sometimes less, sometimes more... but not much more!! Shipping/Handling Charges: Please click here for SHIPPING RATES. Shipping Methods: US orders will be shipped either via US
Mail or via UPS. We will pick the best method suited for your order.
Should you REQUIRE Priority mail, please indicate so on your order. An
additional charge may apply. Insurance: Frantic Stamper is NOT responsible for packages lost in the mail unless you purchase insurance. All packages shipped UPS are automatically insured for up to $100. Each additional $100 is just $2. Priority Mail and International packages are not automatically insured. Please add $2.50 for every $50 of value. NOTE: Some countries do not offer insured mail (Mexico is one...) If you are ordering from a country that does not provide insurance, you are ordering at your OWN risk. Also, if you elect NOT to purchase insurance and your package is lost, I cannot replace it or issue a refund. I cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail. Order processing: Most orders are shipped within 48 hours if the items are all in stock. I try to stock as much as possible and may occasionally have to backorder items not in stock. Also, I'm just one person, so if it is a particularly busy time, your order may not go out as quickly as I would like.... again, as much as possible I try to have orders out within 48 hours. If you need something FAST, see "Rush Orders" below. Backorders: RUSH Orders: If you need a RUSH order, it is best to CALL or FAX your order in rather than e-mail it. I can ship UPS BLUE (2 day) but it is expensive. We cannot process NEXT DAY AIR or EXPRESS MAIL orders. Our small town is NOT serviced by these options and I must drive over 45 minutes into town BEFORE 10 AM to do next day. As you can imagine, that is not possible. THERE MAY BE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR RUSH ORDERS (hey, everyone wants their stuff yesterday... so it's not fair to all the other orders if I move yours ahead... right?) NSF Checks: Non-sufficient funds or closed account checks will be charged $20 for bank fees. We will require a money order, credit card, or PayPal payment within 15 days of receipt of a bad check. After 15 days, we will turn you in for collection with a collection agency in your area OR with the police department/District Attorney (whichever applies to your area)..... again, too many bad apples..... sorry. All subsequent orders will need to be via credit card, money order or PayPal. For new customers, we reserve the right to hold checks up to 2 weeks until they clear the banks before shipping your merchandise. Package Tracking: All packages shipped by UPS get free package tracking via the UPS.com website. All packages shipped Priority Mail are sent using Delivery Confirmation which can be tracked at www.usps.com. Arimail packages cannot be tracked. Missing Packages: Missing packages will be replaced as soon as possible IF you have paid for insurance (or if your package has shipped by UPS). If you have elected NOT to add insurance, we reserve the right to investigate the loss of your package. This may take up to 30 days or more. (We're sorry to have to do this, but too many bad apples have made us come up with this policy) Damages: Damaged packages will be replaced as soon as possible IF you have paid for insurance. If you have elected NOT to add insurance, we may ask for you to send the damaged items back at your expense before we replace them. Returns/Exchanges: Returns of undamaged, unopened items in re-sellable condition will be accepted for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only. There may be a 15% restocking fee. Books & videos ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Freight is your responsibility. --- UNLESS the item was sent by us in error, in which case, we will send the correct item as soon as possible and pay for shipping of the incorrect item back to us. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for opened ink pads, paints, or partially used items. Returns must be made within 45 days from date of purchase. Special order items cannot be returned. Incorrect Items: Please check your order carefully when you receive it. I'm only human and I do make mistakes. We would appreciate an e-mail within 2 weeks of receiving an incorrect item. We will pay for the item to be returned to us and send you the correct item as soon as possible.
